Digi Parallel Imports reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

All products come with a 12-months manufacturer's warranty.

We endeavour to despatch packages for stock items as soon as referenced payments are cleared. If the item is not in stock, there may be a wait of 5-10 working days.

We send our packages via track and trace postage, and inform customers of the track and trace number via email or our online order status.

Online-store payment methods: Electronic bank transfers/deposits and bank cheques.
In-store payment methods: Cash, Eftpos, MasterCard, Visa, American Express,
Q-Card, GE Creditline (customers can apply in-store for a GE Creditline Card).

Online layby options are available through our online store. If you wish to place an item on layby, you must clearly mention that it is a layby in the comment box at the checkout.

Layby items are held for 8weeks from the date of purchase. The minimum deposit is 12.5%, and the final payment must be made within 8 weeks. If final payment is not completed within the 8weeks, the item will be returned to stock, the buyer being refunded as per our layby cancellation.

Layby Cancellation: In the case of a layby cancellation, a $25 administrations fee plus the loss of value of the items on the purchase order will be deducted from the paid amount. Any remaining balance will be refunded to the customer.

The currency used in Digi Parallel Imports website is New Zealand Dollar.

Digi Parallel Imports attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Digi Parallel Imports does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Digi Parallel Imports is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If we discover a mispricing, we will do one of the following:

• If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
• If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

All items purchased from Digi Parallel Imports are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

We are not responsible or liable for any tax that may occur during transfer to countries outside New Zealand.

Choose carefully as we do not refund if you change your mind. If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the consumer guarantees act.
